The number of competencies assessed is fully customizable based on your organization’s unique requirements, culture, and strategic objectives. This tailored approach ensures that the assessment process effectively evaluates the critical competencies necessary for success in specific roles and within the broader organization.

Upon completion of the 360° assessment, participants receive a detailed, personalized report incorporating feedback from multiple perspectives, including self-assessments, peers, subordinates, and supervisors.
